Job summary

Lilly is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead global capital projects in the Global Facilities Delivery organization. You will guide teams through front-end planning to operational qualification for assets valued at $400M+, coordinating Lilly and external partners while ensuring safety, cost, schedule and quality.

This onsite role requires willingness to relocate or travel, and familiarity with GMP manufacturing, LEAN, automation, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10+ years in capital project delivery in industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver large capital asset programs (≥$400M).
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure safety, cost, schedule and quality.
• Manage front-end planning through operational qualification (cradle to grave).
• Interface with governance, business partners, and leadership.
