Job summary

Atlanta Gas Light is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale programs and projects, including regulatory support, asset development and cross-functional coordination. You will guide a team across land, regulatory, engineering and construction tracks to deliver on schedules and budgets.

The role requires building programs, supporting ADP processes, and managing risks while ensuring compliance with company standards. Strong leadership and project management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering, construction, or operations experience in gas distribution.
• Project management experience including leading project team and stakeholder status meetings.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong engineering knowledge. Prefer knowledge of pipeline projects and DOT safeguards.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team and ensure deliverables meet designs, schedules, and budgets.
• Support regulatory approvals and reporting for programs.
• Develop and manage 10-year capital plan for projects and programs.
• Ensure projects are executed within policies and standards.
• Champion Risk Management across the program lifecycle.
