The Program Manager leads the planning, execution, governance, reporting, stakeholder management, and delivery health of complex client programs. This role oversees multiple projects and workstreams, manages dependencies and risks, establishes delivery processes, supports financial accountability, and leads communication across client stakeholders, consultants, Account Managers, and internal leadership.
This role requires direct experience supporting natural gas pipeline and utility infrastructure programs, with an emphasis on gas construction drawings, construction and engineering records, reconciliation, asset management, and project closeout. The ideal candidate understands how engineering and construction information moves throughout the asset lifecycle and can lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for validating, reconciling, and maintaining accurate records of physical gas assets.
