Job summary

7-Eleven in Austin, TX, is seeking a Sr Program Manager of Fleet Operations to own fleet payment execution and customer experience across our network of retail fuel locations. You will serve as a SME for fleet payment functionality and coordinate with IT, Treasury, Accounting, and external partners to align POS configurations and settlement processes.

Responsibilities include strategy, roadmap, and implementation planning for POS hardware/software, fuel equipment, and payment processing

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree (or 4-year equivalent).
Strong project management skillset.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
Meticulous attention to detail and tracking key project metrics.
Stellar communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Own the role of SME and liaison for the Commercial Fleet department across multiple internal and external partners including IT, Digital, Treasury, Accounting, various fleet payment providers and POS vendors.
Execute POS and fleet payment strategies across a portfolio of business that streamlines workflows and supports commercial payment innovation with RIS & DEX developments or integrations.
Lead strategy, roadmap, and implementation planning of POS hardware/software projects, fuel equipment, and payment processing solutions.
Support Fleet sales growth through the ownership of a positive Fleet customer experience from the POS on site through to payment settlement.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve fleet payment functionality and overall customer experience.
