Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, high-risk strategic programs for the ADUSA Finance organization. You will oversee PMs, drive accountability, and partner with senior leadership to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery that aligns to business and financial returns.

The role emphasizes governance, hiring, and bench strength, with a hybrid work model (3 in-person days at core locations and 2 remote days).

Qualifications

• 10+ years across finance, business analysis, transformation & project management.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience required.
• Experience facilitating and driving meetings.
• Experience on Project/Solution Life Cycles.
• Experience delivering finance programs and requirements.
• Experience with cross functional teams across geographies.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Facilitation skills.
• Project management experience (PMP preferred).
• Knowledge of financial systems; SAP a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• 10+ years' progressive program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and oversight to a team of subject matter experts delivering high impact programs.
• Represents Finance on large scale projects within ADUSA Finance.
• Leads objectives across multiple projects and functions.
• Establishes baseline project objectives, scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Engages Sr Leadership to update on status and goals.
• Aligns with business partners to ADUSA strategy.
• Mentors project managers in methodology and execution.
• Develops project charters and manages scope changes.
• Develops governance and reporting for initiative status.
• Maintains project documentation and logs.
