The role manages contract personnel and performance across program management, procurement compliance, technical assistance, and recipient training.

This hybrid position involves coordinating with FTA regions and headquarters, overseeing workshops, and delivering timely, accurate deliverables to ensure successful PSR outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in executive leadership in public transit.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior executives about transit issues.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Lead contractor team, delegate tasks, schedule staffing, ensure quality, and liaise with FTA.
• Develop work plans, budgets, priorities, risks, timelines, and cost controls.
• Submit invoices, progress reports, and maintain action-item logs with deliverables.

• Oversee PSR reviews, findings, corrective actions, and report closeout.
