Job summary

The Rehancement Group, Inc. seeks a Principal / Program Manager to lead anticipated U.S. DOT FTA Procurement System Review (PSR) support.

The role manages contract personnel and performance across program management, procurement compliance, special assignments, technical assistance, and recipient training. Location is hybrid with activities at recipient sites, regional offices and headquarters. Travel to FTA meetings and oversight events is possible, and contract award will determine assignment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 10 years of executive leadership in public transit projects.
Proven ability to deliver programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead the contractor team, delegate assignments, coordinate staffing and schedules.
Prepare and manage work plans, budgets, risks, timelines and costs.
Submit monthly invoices, reports and issue logs; ensure timely deliverables.
Attend meetings and prepare briefing materials for FTA and regional offices.
Oversee procurement reviews, findings, final reports and corrective actions.
Guide development of PSR manuals and program materials.
Oversee workshops, training and webinars aligned with FTA guidance.
