Job summary

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) seeks a Principal / Program Manager to lead U.S. DOT FTA PSR support. The role manages contract personnel and performance across program management, procurement compliance, and recipient training.

Location is hybrid with on-site and regional duties; travel as needed for meetings, reviews, and workshops. The position emphasizes leadership, oversight, and clear communication with federal partners.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in public transit projects or related programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale programs on time and within budget.
• Experience communicating with senior executives about operational and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor team, delegate assignments, coordinate staffing and schedules.
• Prepare and manage work plans, budgets, priorities, risks, timelines, costs.
• Submit monthly invoices, performance reports, and issue logs.
• Attend FTA coordination calls, meetings, and contractor summits; prepare briefs.
• Oversee procurement system reviews, findings, and reports; drive corrective actions.
• Direct special assignments and technical assistance for FTA and recipients.
• Guide PSR manuals and program materials; coordinate with regional and HQ offices.
• Oversee workshops, training, webinars, and develop training content.
