Job summary

Chi-Chack LLC in Arlington, Virginia seeks a Program Manager NFATC TOPS Support Services to lead contract delivery, supervise staff, ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards, and manage reporting to government oversight.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, risk mitigation, coordinating multiple training development projects, and delivering formal updates to COR and leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role in Arlington with possible travel.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in eLearning project, program, or contract management.
• BS/BA degree in Business or training-related field.
• PM Certification: PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP; or 7+ years with no certifications.
• Experience with government contracts and reporting requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of federal security, data protection, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to manage multiple training development and technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for COR.
• Direct contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee multiple training development and technology projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain risk register.
• Provide leadership and performance management for contract staff.
• Prepare and deliver formal program updates to government leadership and COR.
• Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan to ensure compliance with policies.
• Other tasks as required.
