Talos Mission Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility federal software modernization and user advocacy initiative. The role centers on integrating multiple workstreams, coordinating across customer and technical teams, and delivering an actionable implementation roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of program management experience, PMP certification, and a proven track record in federal environments, transformation, or modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible program or project management experience.
• Experience leading complex professional services, technology, transformation, or modernization initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple interconnected workstreams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership and customer coordination across a multi-workstream federal engagement.
• Lead project initiation, discovery, planning, stakeholder alignment, and governance.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate UX, learning and enablement, engagement, and roadmap activities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and priorities; escalate as needed.
• Facilitate executive briefings, customer meetings, and workshops.
• Ensure work products form a cohesive implementation roadmap.
• Maintain relationships with government customers and partner organizations.
• Monitor program performance and ensure quality, schedule, and contractual adherence.
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations.
