Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Program Manager to define, implement and deliver complex enterprise programs with cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, time and budget. The role oversees staffing, costs and roadmaps, and develops data-driven analyses to support executive decisions.

Responsibilities include governance, change management, risk mitigation, and performance reporting. A mentorship role, strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Education, Marketing or Information Systems required.
• Six (6) years relevant, progressive experience substitutions.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management preferred.
• 7 years in IS/IT or IT Security required.
• 5 years of Project/Program Management preferred.
• PMP and CISSP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration and interdependency management between a group of projects, products/technologies, functions and/or customers.
• Work with the executive sponsor of a corporate program and other management to achieve defined objectives.
• Ensure clear lines of communication, transparency, and external/internal communications about security initiatives and business impact.
• Measure program effectiveness and report progress.
• Lead change management to mitigate identified security risks.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
