Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in organizational effectiveness, workplace strategy, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing research, pilots, or evidence-based programs.
• Strong understanding of Virtual First, distributed, hybrid, or modern ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategy, roadmap, priorities and outcomes of a Virtual First work stream focused on tools, workflows, AI enablement, and knowledge management.
• Designs and leads organizational research, pilots, and experiments to test new ways of working.
• Translates qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable recommendations and operating models.
• Manages a portfolio of concurrent programs from scoping through enablement planning.
• Establishes objectives, success measures, milestones, risks, and reporting across the work stream.
• Facilitates cross-functional Steering Committees with stakeholders from People, Technology, Communications, Operations, and more.
• Partners with People Analytics to establish research methodologies and evaluate outcomes.
