Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a program manager to lead day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple initiatives within the Connected Warfare division. You will work across Anduril teams and SMEs, guiding finance, division operations, mission operations, and other stakeholders to enable successful program delivery.

You will collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Systems and Software Engineering to mature a product from prototype to production, building a strong system-level understanding

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication.
  • Strong problem solving at the interface of hardware and software.
  • Experience in Program Management and contract management.
  • Experience with government contracting, budgeting, procurement.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments with ambiguity.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time‑sensitive, multi‑domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. What You'll Do
  • Lead the day‑to‑day coordination and execution of program initiatives and tasks, spanning across Anduril teams and SMEs.
  • Provide guidance and direction to program team members, including finance, division operations, mission operations, and other stakeholders to enable program execution.
  • Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Systems and Software Engineering teams to mature a product from prototype to production.
  • Develop a strong system‑level understanding of the business lines and products they support by becoming a power user of Anduril’s products—and becoming comfortable with teaching others.
  • Deeply understand your customers objectives, constraints, and perspectives.
  • Serve as Action Officer for special projects; execute special projects as demanded by the program.
  • Drive and set the standard for the program’s communications across the team within Anduril and with key customer and government POCs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures associated with the program.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a self‑starter, able to find and resolve issues on your own.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware and software. Ability to drive challenging and vague technical problems to clarity and resolution.
  • Experience in Program Management. Contract management of/with focused program offices.
  • Experience with government: business development, contract structures, budget cycles, procurement processes, program funding, and proposal processes.
  • Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in a complex, fast moving environments with ambiguous requirements.
  • Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a program or project manager in defense, tech, consulting or similar field.
  • Experience managing complex projects in government a plus.
  • Strong technical background with familiarity in systems engineering, software development, networking, and hardware engineering.
  • Active U.S. Secret clearance.
Salary Range

$112,000 – $194,000 USD (base salary only; equity grants may be offered).
