Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to align requirements to business outcomes and lead program delivery across DoD/IC programs.   • 7 years experience in Project or Program Management or leadership roles.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Active U.S. Top Secret Clearance.
  • PMP, ITIL, Industry Agile certifications are a plus.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager to gather and align requirements to business outcomes, lead Program delivery through accreditation leveraging outcome focused reporting. You will have the opportunity to work on net new programs, process improvement, and strategy. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, program management experience, customer focus, and an understanding of the defense sector. You will work closely with engineering, cyber‑assurance, support, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners.

ABOUT THE JOB

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders as the ultimate owner of a Program.
  • Program Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical initiatives, from defining requirements, through final deployment and ATO. This includes creating detailed project plans, schedule and dependency tracking, and resource strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate within engineering teams via PM tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) to organize and ensure the teams understand how their work connects to higher level milestones. Generate reports and provide clear, concise status updates to all stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership, translating complex technical issues into non-technical terms when necessary.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential technical and operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive the resolution of issues and impediments before they arise.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse teams ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and progress.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand the architecture and positively influence engineering and support decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Define, implement, and refine program management processes and best practices to increase efficiency and execution quality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exhibit a natural inclination for ownership, accountability, and action.

US Salary Range

$166,000 — $253,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
