Cadence is a leader in electronic design, providing software, hardware and IP for HSV products across OSes, x86/Arm platforms, and hyperscaler customers. The role focuses on program and project management to define product interoperability and drive release execution within a fast‑moving environment.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in software development and validation, with at least 4 years of program management, and a BE/EE degree (MS preferred).

Qualifications

• 7–12 years total software development and validation experience.
• At least 4 years of program management experience.
• BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• Strong cross‑team coordination and leadership.
• Experience with release planning and agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and track delivery of product releases through stages.
• Define release scope, goals and deliverables.
• Coordinate across R&D, Product Validation, Configuration Management, Product Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, field AEs, and Tech Pubs to hit milestones.
• Monitor and report progress of product releases to stakeholders.
• Develop and streamline processes to improve productivity and meet targets.
• Drive continuous operational improvement and excellence.
• Monitor product quality metrics and KPIs.
