Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing DoD contracts and programs.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee DoD programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Serve as primary point of contact for government customers, executive management, and subcontractors.
• Lead integrated project teams and ensure cross-functional coordination across all program areas.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, and performance to ensure cost, quality, and timeline requirements are met.
• Oversee contract execution, compliance, and reporting in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure successful delivery of services and products.
• Align program execution with customer priorities and organizational strategy.
• Provide regular updates, reporting, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
