CP Marine, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of large-scale electronic security installation projects under government contracts. The role requires strategic leadership, project execution, mentoring, and managing financial performance.

The candidate will oversee DoD and federal agency work with occasional travel, ensuring compliance with FAR, DoD, and contract requirements while driving quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple government contract projects.
• Experience handling projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong leadership and communication in DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of complex cybersecurity projects on government contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor profitability and identify cost-saving improvements.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with goals.
• Utilize MS Project, Excel, and Teams to track progress and reporting.
