Job summary

SES Air Force Division Automated Test Systems (ATS) Enterprise seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the integration, testing, and sustainment of a portfolio of complex ATS and manual testers for DoD programs.

You will provide leadership, direction, and oversight of hardware/software design and fielding; manage budgets, staffing, and schedules; and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on cost, quality, and schedule while maintaining clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, EE, Engineering Tech, CS, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of program management experience with DoD projects.
• 7+ years in a leadership position.
• Proven ability to lead teams, balance cost, quality, and schedule.
• Experience with ATS/ATE development and fielding is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and management oversight for hardware/software systems for DoD ATS/ATE and TPS.
• Supervise staff, set program priorities, resolve conflicts, and coordinate schedules across the ATS Enterprise.
• Analyze interdependencies between projects and collaborate across functions.
• Manage budgeting, manpower, resource planning, and financial reporting; produce management plans.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and review deliverables; ensure effective communication across teams.
• Utilize SES data platforms and Microsoft Project to track progress and reporting.
