Job summary

Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, seeks a Supervisory Program Manager (GS-14) to lead end-to-end management of multi-million dollar RDT&E portfolios in the Information and Spectrum Warfare Directorate.

The role oversees cross-disciplinary teams, budget formulation, and program execution, with telework eligibility and a requirement for security clearances. Candidates must meet APDP targets within five years.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access required.
• At least 1 year of specialized experience at the next lower grade (GS-13 or equivalent).
• Familiar with OPM General Schedule qualification standards.
• APDP Level/Tier 2 Practitioner certification within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Exercise end-to-end program management and technical oversight across multi-million dollar portfolios.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate multi-million dollar technology development efforts.
• Integrate interdisciplinary teams and manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk across program life cycles.
• Direct multiphase initiatives from concept to transition with work breakdown structures and baselines.
• Evaluate milestones and contractor progress to ensure mission objectives.
