Job summary

Patricio Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for the Intelligence & Spectrum Warfare systems contract in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

The successful candidate will manage technical performance, cost, and schedule while directing employees and interfacing with Government clients. With a Bachelor's degree and at least 14 years of relevant experience, the role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office and team management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years' experience managing government programs, with 1 year supervisory.
• 10 years' experience with supervisory PMP certification acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance and risks.
• Interface with Government Management to resolve problems.
• Provide day to day direction and guidance to employees.
• Establish work priorities based on Government goals.
• Interface between Government customer and Contractor.
• Distribute and balance workload as per established workflows.
• Provide on the job training to new employees.
• Lead team in assessing strengths and exploring improvements.
• Communicate tasks, milestones, and completion timeframes.
• Assist on problems or issues as necessary.
