Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Sr. Specialist, Program Management to direct all phases of programs from proposal through completion.

You will drive execution to meet orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow for an existing product line, while managing cost, schedule, and technical performance. The role requires coordinating with customers on reviews and negotiations, supporting production and supply chain, and achieving on-time, on-budget deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience or Graduate Degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from proposal development through completion.
• Drive program execution to achieve business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for designated program.
• Assist with customer contact for program activities, leading reviews and negotiations.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries.
• Obtain a US security clearance and travel up to 15%.
