Job summary

Google is seeking a strategic operations leader within Data Center Investments and Development (DCID) to partner with leadership and negotiators to accelerate data center compute capacity. You will help govern the operating cadence, including OKRs, quarterly business reviews, yearly budgeting, and executive communications, while designing scalable workflows.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, deploy AI tools to improve efficiency, ensure data integrity, and translate priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in strategic operations or high-growth technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team multiplier by managing ambiguity and eliminating organizational friction.
• Develop organization-wide communications and plan learning opportunities.
• Develop SOPs and be the point person for OKRs, budgets, and quarterly reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI that improves operational efficiency.
• Coordinate collaboration and translate priorities across DCID and cross-functional teams.
