Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will guide cross-functional teams through acquisition security, risk analysis, and program management activities to strengthen cyber posture on critical weapon systems.

The role requires strong DoD experience, the ability to brief senior leadership, and a track record of delivering results on-time and within budget in a national-security context.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance preferred for the role.
• Ten or more years in program management within DoD/DAF environments.
• Experience briefing senior leaders and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate programs within cost, schedule and performance baselines.
• Prepare strategic briefings for Air Force leadership and stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and present program assessments and reviews.
• Support cyber resilience and risk management activities across projects.
