Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Professional to support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on cyber defense, risk management, and secure development for DoD weapon systems.

The candidate will lead vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and incident response planning, working with DoD partners to ensure compliance with DoD instructions and DoDI security controls.

Qualifications

• Active Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Master's or Doctorate in a related field with 10 years of experience, or Bachelor's with 12 years, or 15 years with proper certifications.
• DoD/DAF instructions familiarity and experience with cyber risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish cybersecurity tasks to support cyber resiliency and defense for CROWS.
• Assist with security activities in development, acquisition and sustainment of weapon systems.
• Assist with implementation of security across information, personnel, physical, and communications domains.
• Develop and implement security guidance, overlays, and risk analyses for legacy systems.
• Support incident response, training, and cyber documentation.
