Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a Program Manager to drive program management delivery and oversight across multiple programs and locations, supporting critical IT services. The PM will lead PMO activities, manage schedules, risks, and governance, and ensure alignment with customer milestones.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a BA/BS in CS (MS preferred), PMP certification, and 8+ years of experience including 3+ years in management. Bethesda, MD based with NCR travel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Bethesda, MD (50%), NCR locations (50%).
• 8+ years of related professional work experience.
• 3+ years in management capacity.
• 5+ years applying PMP core principles (schedule, integration, quality, communication, risk, procurement, total cost of ownership).

Responsibilities

• Drive program management delivery and oversight to multiple programs across several locations and customers.
• Develop and maintain detailed work plans with tasks, dependencies, milestones, and schedules for all PW S tasks.
• Collaborate with Government Leads to align objectives and milestones.
• Assist customers in achieving project milestones and implement industry best practices.
