AnaVation, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to drive program management delivery and oversight across multiple programs and locations. The PM will manage PWS tasks including Information Assurance, Configuration Management, and Cybersecurity Support, coordinating with Government Leads to maintain detailed work plans and schedules.

The role requires active TS/SCI with CI Poly, a BA/BS in CS, PMP certification, and at least 8 years of experience (including 3 years in management and 5 years applying

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Location: Bethesda, MD (50%), NCR (50%).
• 8+ years professional work experience; 3+ years in management; 5+ years applying PMP core principles (schedule, integration, quality, communication, risk, procurement, TCO).

Responsibilities

• Drive program management delivery and oversight across multiple programs and locations.
• Create and maintain detailed work plans with tasks, assignments, dependencies, milestones, and schedules.
• Assist customers in achieving project milestones and support implementation of industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Government Leads to coordinate plans and ensure alignment with program objectives.
