Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Customer Health to lead enterprise customer feedback and health measurement programs. You will collaborate across Customer Lifecycle, CDIA, Product, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Quality, and Finance to translate insights into business actions.

You will govern the feedback lifecycle (Listen, Learn, Act, Communicate), develop dashboards and scorecards, and ensure data quality and credible metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience designing, administering, governing, or analyzing customer feedback and survey programs.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer health and survey program with governance, cadence, and executive reviews.
• Own end-to-end feedback cycle from collection to action and communication.
• Serve as SME for survey methodology and customer health scoring.
