Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
• Analyze program performance using key metrics, recommend adjustments, and collaborate cross-functional to enhance service and product capabilities.
• Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards while supporting a positive workplace culture.
