Job summary

Broadridge in New York is seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead strategic and operational change initiatives across GSMS. You will translate business objectives into executable plans, govern progress, and provide a clear view of risks and readiness.

As a senior PMO member, you will mentor juniors, shape delivery practices, manage risks, and ensure timely decisions. Collaboration with global teams and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Five+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs from initiation through implementation and transition.
• Ability to translate business objectives into integrated plans, governance, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of project risk, issue, dependency, scope, resource, and change control practices.
• Ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems with a command of details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive reporting, decision framing, and facilitation.
• Proficiency with common project planning, collaboration, reporting, and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and setting the standard for quality.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci or comparable certification or training.
• Experience with organizational change management, adoption planning, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Experience working across global teams, with clients, vendors, or in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution across GSMS and align leaders, teams, and workstreams toward shared outcomes.
• Operate effectively through ambiguity and collaborate with senior leaders, technical teams, and SMEs.
• Shape the delivery approach by establishing governance, processes, and tools for project execution.
• Lead project governance and stakeholder engagement, document decisions, and ensure owners follow through.
• Build the integrated plan connecting business, technology, data, and change activities into one delivery view.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; escalate when needed.
• Enable timely decisions by framing options, impacts, and recommendations for sponsors.
• Provide executive visibility with concise status reporting on progress, risks, and readiness.
• Drive change readiness and transition, coordinating adoption activities and handoffs.
• Provide leadership through influence and coaching to junior team members.
