Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Program Manager to lead the NGMD program, overseeing Site Integration, Installation, Integration and Test, and coordinating with program managers, customers, and support teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; travel to key events is expected.

Qualifications

• Program Management experience including Earned Value Management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Cost estimation and proposal development experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with external customers and internal leadership.
• Demonstrated multi-tasking across multiple program efforts.
• Willingness to travel to key program events.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead NGMD program execution, Site Integration, Installation, Integration and Test.
• Coordinate with program managers, customers, senior leaders and support teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide leadership across the NGMD program under the Senior Program Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple priorities and mitigate program risks while aligning with overall program commitments.
• Occasionally travel as required to support key program events in Moorestown, NJ.
