Northwestern Mutual is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee medium-complexity programs from initiation through rollout, ensuring value delivery, timelines, and budgets. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive metrics-driven improvements across initiatives.

The role emphasizes program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with experience in cross‑department coordination and PMI-aligned practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Business, Project Management or related field preferred OR substantial related work experience
• Minimum 5 years of related experience including project analysis, design, documentation, project/support management
• Ability to scope, plan and manage cross-department or multi-department programs
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex assignments
• Strong written and oral communication skills and initiative

Mansioni

• Independently leads moderately sized, medium complexity programs or portfolios, managing scope, risk, value, schedule and budget
• Define objectives and develop the program plan, allocate resources per objectives and changes
• Drive clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures and identify solutions
• Build relationships with business clients to manage delivery expectations and vendor oversight
• Identify inter-dependencies across teams and manage them
• Gather and deliver program metrics to drive insights and actions
• Develop knowledge of initiatives to inform program objectives
