You will plan, execute, and close multiple interrelated projects, partnering with engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership to deliver programs on time, within scope and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication to ensure program objectives align with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure effective collaboration between project teams.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, communicating progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Drive program reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data to improve program outcomes.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources across assigned programs.
• Track and report program metrics, KPIs, and overall performance.
