Job summary

AV is seeking a Sr. Program Manager in California to oversee the execution of complex programs, manage cost, schedule, and scope, and mentor other Program Managers. You will act as the central contact for internal and external customers.

You will lead PM teams with PLMs and functional leads, ensure contractual deliverables, manage risk, and coordinate program reviews with customers and senior leadership. A strong PM background and security clearance are preferred.
