Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of work experience in the not-for-profit or human services sector with progressively higher responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all aspects of the People Implementation Strategy for the CNI Grant.
• Develop partnerships with schools, service providers, and agencies.
• Monitor program outcomes and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and reporting to Director of Finance.
