Job summary

The University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center (UNMCCC) is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its Office of Community Outreach and Engagement (COE). This role provides administrative oversight of daily activities and ensures alignment with the UNMCCC strategic plan.

You will collaborate with the COE leadership and UNMCCC staff to implement programs across mission areas, manage budgets, coordinate partnerships, and advance community education and engagement with state-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Coordinat­e daily activities of the COE Office to align with UNMCCC strategy.
• Develop and contribute to program metrics, reports and summaries.
• Recruit, supervise and evaluate COE staff and contractors.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Community Advisory Board and stakeholders.
• Represent the COE Office at community events and partnerships.
• Support COE staff in community education and outreach efforts.
• Develop and manage annual COE budgets and procurement processes.
• Distribute updates to community partners via websites and social channels.
