Job summary

The University of New Mexico invites applications for an Operations Manager to support program planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations of CRTECC education and outreach initiatives. This role helps ensure training, education, and workforce development activities run smoothly across learners from early education to professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience managing fiscal, administrative, or HR functions and 3 more years of related duties.
• Completed degree above minimum education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, public administration, health sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support CRTECC education, training, and outreach programs across multiple learner levels.
• Assist with development, scheduling, logistics, and execution of program activities such as seminars and events.
• Support tracking of program deliverables and timelines to align with goals and requirements.
• Assist with outreach activities and participant communications, onboarding, and engagement.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including meetings and schedules.
• Help with budget tracking, travel coordination, and data reporting for program evaluation.
