Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex programs across diverse markets. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive travel (60%–90%), collaboration with executives, and mentoring staff while supporting business development and proposals. A PE license or DBIA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15 years related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities
