Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant field; PMP optional but preferred.
• 7+ years GMP pharmaceutical, biologics, and/or cell and gene therapy experience.
• Strong proficiency with Smartsheet including workflows, templates, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of internal and client-facing programs.
• Develop and maintain program timelines, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Coordinate program materials and shared resources; escalate constraints as needed.
• Prepare agendas and meeting notes for client and leadership reviews.
• Be a Smartsheet super user; create and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Maintain documentation such as program charters, schedules, and risk registers.
