The Senior Project Manager will lead internal and client-facing programs, driving accountability from initiation to execution and ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology or equivalent.
• 7+ years of direct client-facing project management experience.
• 7+ years in Biopharma industry in a GMP environment; technology transfer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact to manage complex, high pressure projects.
• Lead internal and client project team meetings to ensure alignment with the project plan.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to build and manage the project execution plan.
• Control project timeline, scope, budget, risks, and team towards successful completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop change orders and improve PM tools.
