Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior Project Manager on the Business Banking team to lead cross-functional projects delivering strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery with risk/compliance considerations, report progress to senior leadership, and partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Controls to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading projects/programs or product delivery within financial services.
• Experience in Business Banking or closely related domains.
• Proficiency with Jira/Jira Align, Monday.com, MS Teams, and advanced Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; translate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including dependency management, operationalization, banker communications, delivery feasibility decisions, and performance reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and align plans and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and roadmaps; forecast to improve on-time delivery and manage scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive change management across partners and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Analyze processes; recommend improvements to increase efficiency and client and banker experience.
• Deliver timely reporting with status dashboards, scorecards, and senior leadership presentations.
• Serve as the central point of contact for updates and issue resolution; track tasks and dependencies.
• Use Jira, Jira Align, Monday.com, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel to plan, execute, and monitor outcomes.
