The role requires proven program management experience, strong risk and resource management, and excellent stakeholder communication across commercial and government sectors. You will create and manage schedules, financial plans, staffing plans, and close-out documentation, reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven program management experience delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to meet program milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
