Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Sr Program Specialist in Duluth, GA to drive building automation and safety projects, from pre-sales through delivery and close-out, with a focus on cost controls and budgeting. You will report to the Sr Program Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams on scope, milestones, and P&L delivery.

Based at our Duluth location on a hybrid schedule, you’ll contribute to optimizing facilities, energy efficiency, and safety across critical building systems, including BMS,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management in building automation, data centers, or construction.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Review contracts and estimates for compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor program performance, budgeting, cost controls, and stakeholder updates.
• Financial forecasting, working capital control, and delivering P&L.
