Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives at scale.
• Lead program-level governance with clear accountability, structure, and decision frameworks across initiatives.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on program health, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain a consolidated roadmap and ensure alignment to business priorities across branches and small business domains.
• Identify and manage cross-program dependencies and mitigate delivery challenges.
• Ensure program artifacts and hygiene in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint through consistent standards.
