Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Science or Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8 years in project management, pharma/biotech, with external client exposure.
• Knowledge of Biologics GMP/Regulations and CDP procedures is preferred.
• PM certification or coursework is preferred.
• Experience across Catalent sites and managing direct reports is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple complex programs on time, within budget and quality expectations.
• Provide leadership and performance oversight for PM teams and enable development.
• Drive financial performance, resource planning and issue resolution across programs.
• Collaborate with business development and cross-functional teams from earliest client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Champion PM best practices, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to strategic PM leadership initiatives and team growth.
