Stanley Black & Decker in Towson, MD is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Batteries to lead complex battery and electrical engineering NPD programs in a hybrid role, coordinating across engineering, operations, and finance. You will build detailed plans, manage risks, timelines, and budgets, monitor P&L, align R&D and finance on investments, and deliver status updates to leadership.

• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering product development.

• Experience in personnel management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of structured project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Financial acumen and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

As Senior Program Manager - Batteries , you will join the Tools & Outdoor team in a hybrid role. As a key member of the Program Management Office, you will lead complex battery and electrical engineering new product development programs, driving execution across cross-functional teams while managing risk, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. You’ll get to:

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00

This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
