Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Towson, MD is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Batteries to lead complex NPD programs across battery and electrical engineering disciplines in a hybrid role.

You will build plans, manage cross-functional teams, monitor budgets and P&L, and drive execution from planning through completion while partnering with R&D, Finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering product development.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in new product development.
• Experience in consumer and/or professional goods product development.
• Experience in personnel management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of structured project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new product development programs involving battery and electrical engineering technologies.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Drive cross-functional execution across technical, operational, and financial teams.
