Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an end-to-end audience identification program remotely in the United States. You will define the strategy for third-party data usage, own vendor relationships, and drive a durable, repeatable capability adopted across teams.

You will partner with product, analytics and tooling teams to formalize processes, governance and the operating model, delivering a scalable playbook for future ownership.

Qualifications

• Senior program or operations management experience with ownership of a cross-functional program.
• Ability to set direction in ambiguous spaces and build process while running it.
• Strong data fluency: enrichment, matching, dedupe, QA at volume.
• Vendor management experience with contracting and invoicing exposure.
• Privacy and consent fluency in data handling environments.
• Experience influencing product, analytics and technical partners and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written documentation habits; durable output is a playbook and process.

Responsibilities

• Own the audience identification program end to end: roadmap, milestones and risks.
• Set the data usage POV and provide cross-functional vendor oversight.
• Act as the single priority decision point across internal requests.
• Evaluate and onboard vendors; manage contracting and invoicing.
• Document end-to-end vendor processes: intake, enrichment, QA, storage.
• Define how records are aggregated, retained and consent tracked.
• Migrate data from spreadsheets into a durable, reusable structure.
• Collaborate with analytics and tooling teams for durable integration.
• Onboard additional teams and use cases as the process stabilises.
• Produce the playbook and operating model for long-term ownership.
