E Logic seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale SATOC for the U.S. Army's Sustainable Range Program and Training Support Systems.

The PM will serve as the primary Government liaison, ensuring timely, compliant execution across multiple Army Commands and installations, CONUS and OCONUS. The ideal candidate has a proven record in managing complex DoD contracts, with expertise in range infrastructure, LFTIS, ITAM, and EM 385-1-1, plus strong leadership and communication to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive program management experience.
• At least 5 years managing large-scale federal contracts of $10M+.
• U.S. Citizenship; CAC eligibility; PMP preferred.
• DoD Range & Training Land Programs knowledge; EM 385-1-1 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contract & Operations lead between Contractor and KO/COR.
• Oversee PMP, WP, and APP development with risk, schedule, and change control.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team; coordinate with USACE, WHC, USARC, and installation leadership.
