Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in CAM and program management.
• Experience supporting production projects and cross-functional proposals.
• Onsite work at Lexington, KY engineering facilities.
• Experience managing IWTA projects on the SOF GLSS IDIQ.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects; liaison between management, planning, project team, and line management.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and intervention with project managers, line managers, and clients.
