Job summary

FITT Scientific in Colonial Heights, VA seeks an experienced Program Manager for the Redstone Arsenal AL program to provide overall leadership and management of a Government logistics and analytical support contract. The role is based in Colonial Heights, VA and requires a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience managing Government contracts.
• 5+ years of Army logistics experience.
• Experience managing a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and Government.
• Provide overall management and oversight of contract performance.
• Direct and oversee personnel supporting geographically dispersed operations.
• Ensure contract requirements, deliverables, schedules, and performance standards are achieved.
• Manage quality-control and performance-management activities.
• Oversee workforce performance, staffing, and personnel accountability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Coordinate with Government leadership and contractor management.
